This is an old revision of the document!
Steam needs installed (to create registry stuff), then PrgFiles(x86)\Steam folder needs completely deleted, and Goldberg specific experimental dll from troubleshooting needs to be the only thing in new PrgFiles\Steam folder- If steamcmd reports offline/needs to be online, prefix can't be win7 (default win10 works)
- TODO: DXVK dxgi and d3d11, Wine dll overrides (native Dota 2 Vulkan works too Intel UHD 630)
