  * 720x1280@60Hz ((Portrait))
  * 60Hz is a strict requirement ((SDVX must Vsync to that refresh rate; anything higher or lower causes issues))

  * This assumes a 16:10 LCD monitor is being used that has a preferred resolution that has both the horizontal and vertical sizes larger than ''1280'' and in the instructions below, specifically ''1680x1050''

  * AMD CCC -> Enable GPU Scaling
  * AMD CCC -> Scaling Mode: Center

  * CRU -> Established resolutions -> Only leave ''60Hz'' refresh rates enabled and uncheck everything else
  * CRU -> Detailed resolutions -> Delete all
  * CRU -> Detailed resolutions -> Add ''1680x1050'' and ''1280x720'' in that order as ''Automatic - LCD native'' (TODO: add 1360x768 for pop'n)
  * CRU -> Standard resolutions -> Delete all and leave it entirely empty

  * Start game, enter Service Mode and change to Event Mode

  * Enter display name on next screen
