Bricked my Quest 2 headset by not allowing it to pair to the mobile app after half-way through initial set-up

Can't enable Developer Mode because the toggle for it is on the mobile app, and the toggle doesn't work in early initial set-up

Can't sign into secondary accounts, can't enable App Sharing

Instead of replacing my headset, they told me it's out of warranty, and offered for me to buy a refurbished Quest 2 from them ¹⁾

Purely a software issue that Meta can't fix over several months of reports and multiple tickets, and threw “warranty” at me for a problem they created
