- Should flash-coat the beef ball and contain coating
- Water escaping from beef ball should cook and moisturize coconut flour inside (avoid dry coconut flour batter?)
- Grease from beef ball might separate it from the flour but should(?) remain contained from flash-coat and not be an issue
